We are actively working to get an online payment portal connected to our website. You are STILL ABLE TO REGISTER FOR 24/25 CLASSES ONLINE. Please fill out the registration form in its entirety via the registration link below. Forms will still be collected in order received, as noted in our "Registration Info" section below and in the online form. Once we get a payment portal up and running again, we will contact you via the email you provided on your registration form to let you know you can go to our website and make your $20 registration fee payment.
If you have any questions, please reach out to us via email as our studio is closed for the summer.
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Payment can be made in person at the studio during regular business hours or by using the online payment option above. Tuition received AFTER the 10th of each month will have a $25 late fee added to your dancer's account. NO EXCEPTIONS!
It is the responsibility of each family to know their monthly tuition obligations and pay it on time. If you have arranged for quarterly tuition payments, it is your responsibility to know when your quarterly payments are due. The studio does not send out monthly or quarterly tuition notices/statements.
Tuition Due Date Information can be found in multiple places:
- In the studio lobby at the front desk
- On the AOD website
- In the AOD Studio Policies located on the AOD website
- In the studio wide monthly "Tuition Due" reminder email sent out BEFORE the 10th of the month.
- At the time of in person and online registration
There should be no question as to when your tuition is due.
Outstanding balances must be paid in full to receive costumes or other items ordered for the dancer by the studio. This includes spring show costumes. The studio will only send out (via email) a statement if there is a past due/unpaid balance on the dancer's account. We are happy to speak with you about any questions you may have. Please stop by the lobby desk or email us.

REGISTRATION FEE
A $20 registration fee is due for in person and online registrations.
This registration fee is due per family. Failure to pay this fee, means your class requests are not reserved and will not be finalized.
COSTUME DEPOSITS
A $40 PER COSTUME DEPOSIT is due with your October tuition each year. This deposit applies for our end of year recital and is due for each dancer in your family. We will post a list of classes that perform in our end of year recital so you can count how many classes you need to make a deposit for. You will be billed for the balance at a later date (usually when costumes begin coming in in January/February). Costumes will not be sent home with your dancer if the dancers account is not current with all fees and tuition.
End of Year Show/Recital Fee
You will be billed an end of year show/recital fee in the Spring (typically in May). The studio will send an email closer to this time with the fee amount due. This is a PER FAMILY fee and includes the number of allocated tickets per family available for the spring show.
Ticket sale dates and times along with how many tickets are included in the per family recital fee, will be announced in the Spring.
