Important Dates & Information

We will begin switching over to our new software system (Dance Studio Pro), including a new payment system starting October 1st! Families will receive an email with a link to access your account in the starting 9/30/24. This email will be sent to the email we have on file. Please check your spam or junk folders if you do not see it. 

Please review all of the account information to ensure everything is listed correctly (student's names, birthdays, emergency contact info, classes enrolled in, etc.). There is an option to pay online with the new system! The convenience fees with the new system are 3.05% + $0.30 per transaction. We recognize that these are higher than they have been in the past, and we will continue to take cash and/or checks as an alternative if you want to avoid the fees! 

The new system (Dance Studio Pro) also has an app that you can download that allows you to access your account and make payments - QR codes will be posted in the lobby, and they can be located in the section below this one if you are interested in downloading the app. 

There is an option to enroll in Autopay (it is not required!) - when you login to your account and select payment method - you can choose to enroll and store your credit card information. Please be sure to read through all the information listed on the page before enrolling - if you choose to enroll you will be charged automatically for tuition each month as well as costumes and any other fees that are billed to your account. It is your responsibility to notify us via email 30 days in advance if you plan to withdraw your student - we will continue to run autopay until we receive your written notice of your plans to withdraw. We do not offer refunds on any payments made!
